By using the services provided by Mamta Roadlines, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, whether individuals or corporate entities, using our logistics, relocation, or storage services.
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the issuance of a booking confirmation or Lorry Receipt (LR) by Mamta Roadlines.
Our pricing is based on the details provided by the client at the time of the quote. Any changes in the volume of goods, origin/destination, or additional services requested will result in a price adjustment. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking.

While we take every precaution to ensure the safety of your goods, Mamta Roadlines is not liable for any loss or damage caused by unforeseen events, natural disasters, or factors beyond our control. We strongly recommend transit insurance for all services. Our liability in case of proven negligence is limited to the terms specified in the Lorry Receipt (LR).
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the timing and nature of the service. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 working days.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
Mamta Roadlines reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
